Beep Test Feb 4, 2014

Today, we did the beep test. I didn't do as good as I thought I would. I got an 8.5. I usually do better than that. I'm usually at like a 9 or 10. I don't know why I didn't do sow well, I tried to push myself to go farther but i just couldn't. I had my friends there to motivate me as well.
